Vaccination Receipt to Mobile Wallets

This site, created by volunteers, imports your proof-of-vaccination QR code into Apple Wallet, Google Pay Wallet, or a Photo pass (for all others) for easy access. The QR code is compatible with official scanner apps from Canadian provinces and territories.


We support importing QR codes from all provinces and territories:

Alberta
British Columbia
Manitoba (NEW QR CODES ONLY)
New Brunswick
Newfoundland and Labrador
Northwest Territories
Nova Scotia
Nunavut
Ontario

Nov 29 update:

  • Adjustments to handle new QR code format from Alberta. If your pass shows Dose 1 and 2 with the dates reversed, pls delete your old one wallet pass and re-import in your Wallet. Thanks.
  • Support for Canadian Armed Forces and New Brunswick federal-standard QR codes
